FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Are you a mobile detailing business?

No, as of this moment I do not offer any of my services on a mobile basis. However, I have not ruled this out as a possibility going forward for select service packages. For now, I work completely out of my shop located in Ashburnham, MA. This allows me to work year-round and be in a temperature controlled environment, which is a big deal when it comes to certain services!

What if I have no idea what service would be right for my vehicle?

That’s no problem at all! If you’re not quite sure what service would be best for you, or if you’d like any clarification on something before you make a decision, please never hesitate to contact me! I am always more than happy to answer any questions that someone might have so that you are able to make the most informed decision possible.

I’m afraid my car might be too dirty… Will you turn me away?

Nonsense! I have yet to encounter a vehicle that I couldn’t clean. I always say that “the dirtier, the better!” In all seriousness, it is HIGHLY unlikely that I would turn a vehicle away because it was “too dirty.” I have built up my arsenal of skills, chemicals & equipment to be able to accommodate a vehicle in any condition. I take great pride in my ability to truly transform even the filthiest cars back to like-new status again. Don’t be afraid - book now!

What if I don’t necessarily need/want EVERYTHING involved in a certain service… Can I pick and choose what I want done, and have the price adjusted accordingly?

Of course, that is always an option as well! I pride myself on always being as flexible as I can possibly be, as that’s what I would appreciate if I was a potential client somewhere. I have no problem whatsoever doing things “a la carte” style! You tell me exactly what you need/want and I’ll make it happen, all while giving you a fair price!

If I can’t get a ride to OR from your shop, are you able to help me out?

YES! I have absolutely no issue whatsoever either picking up my clients’ vehicles and driving them back to my shop (if the client is comfortable with me doing so) OR giving any of my clients a ride back home if that’s something that is keeping them from making an appointment! The way I see it, the least I could do for somebody booking an appointment with me is to make their life a little easier by lending them a hand however I can!

How do you manage vehicle drop-offs? Can I drop my vehicle off the night before my appointment?

Vehicle drop-offs the day before a scheduled appointment are always welcome! Rest assured you can feel safe leaving your vehicle outside my shop in the event that I’m unable to meet you when you arrive. I have a drop-box attached to the front of the building to make dropping off your car keys safe and easy, along with a 360 degree surveillance camera watching both the box and driveway 24/7. As soon as I am able, I’ll have your vehicle pulled in and sitting pretty for its appointment!

Wow, I want my car looking this good all of the time! Do you offer any sort of maintenance plans?

YES! I currently offer maintenance plans for my “Factory Reset” service and for any vehicle that I have ceramic coated! Besides just those plans that are readily available to subscribe to at anytime after having their initial “Factory Reset” or ceramic coating appointment (at a DISCOUNT I might add!), I am always open to creating client-specific maintenance plans that cater to YOUR specific wants and/or needs! Maybe you care more about the interior of your vehicle than the exterior? That’s fine, I can create an interior-only maintenance plan that includes everything that you want at whatever frequency interval you’d like! I can make it for once every month, once every three months, once every six months, once a year, or ANYTHING in between! My ultimate goal with my maintenance plans is to NEVER charge you more than you initially paid for your first appointment. For example, say you paid $400 for your “Factory Reset” appointment and you were interested in subscribing to a maintenance plan for that service, even at the maximum frequency interval (once a year) you will never pay more than $400 again, no matter how much work is required to get the job done. In my book, it’s my way of saying “thank you" for taking a chance on me in the first place!

Are ceramic coatings only for nice and shiny new cars?

NO! Absolutely not, ceramic coatings are a worthwhile investment for nearly any vehicle, regardless of condition. To a point, the amount of work that gets done before applying a ceramic coating is totally up to the client. While I love a full paint-correction prior to applying a ceramic coating, it’s not always necessary. If you want to stay more budget friendly and don’t need your car’s paint to look brand new again, just choosing the ceramic coating add-on will go a long ways in keeping your vehicle properly protected and easier to clean for years to come.

Paint correction…? What does that even mean? Are you repainting my car?!

No, no, no, don’t worry, there is no painting going on in my shop! A “paint correction” is a premium service where various kinds of paint defects are removed from the surface of the clear-coat through multiple stages of buffing. Generally speaking, a multi-step paint correction will consist of 2 or maybe even 3 stages of buffing, depending on the existing condition of a vehicle’s paint and also the expectations of the client. In most cases, the first step is the “cutting” stage, where most of the most severe defects are dealt with (heavy swirl marks, water spot etching, bug gut etching, most superficial scratches, etc.) The second step is the “perfecting,” or the “polishing” step, where any micro-scratches or haze left behind by the cutting stage are removed along with the paint’s natural shine being restored. So to recap, no, when I talk about paint corrections, I’m not talking about repainting a vehicle! I am merely correcting the imperfections that are present within the clear coat on top of the actual base paint color.

Whereabouts are you located?

I am located in Ashburnham, Massachusetts! Ashburnham is a small town in northern central Massachusetts — no hard feelings if you’ve never heard of “Ashburnham” before, you aren’t alone!

What methods of payment do you accept?

I’m quite flexible when it comes to payment methods! I currently accept payment via cash, check, most major debit/credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal!

Will you be open even during the winter?

Yes! I plan on being open year-round for all of your transformative car detailing needs! Want your undercarriage sprayed down in the middle of January? I can do that! Sick of knowing that all of the salt on your car is just eating away at your paint? I’ll make it all go away and protect it for the rest of the winter! Need your interior brought back to life after tracking in a bunch of salt and sand from the last couple of storms? You’ve come to the right place! The winter will not be stopping me!

Do you detail classic vehicles as well?

Absolutely! Classic cars have been in my family my whole life, I am no stranger to them and am always both thrilled and honored when I get to work on one. I understand that some people prefer to clean their own classics, but rest assured you can trust me with your antique if it’s proving to be just too much work for you to keep it looking it’s best.

Do you do anything other than car detailing?

Yes, during the winter-time I do some small-medium scale snow removal (mostly residential, but some small businesses as well) that includes plowing, shoveling, and some salting/sanding. If you’re ever in need of any snow removal in a pinch, or if you’re interested in being added onto my seasonal route, feel free to contact me through my website’s contact form or text/call me directly at 978-790-0200.
